It's been a long time since I last got the chance to write. It seems like a lot's changed while I was on Mallet Island. Humans have working flying machines now, but their architectural ability has gone into the sewers. All of their buildings are just stone boxes, there's no imagination.
But that's actually not the most important change right now. I've gotten stuck with a master and somehow, he's half human. His father was apparently Sparda, and after seeing him in action, I believe it. His swordsmanship style is a bit rough, but his sheer power is amazing. He faced down not only Phantom and Griffon, but even Mundus himself. Honestly, I have to thank him. I thought it was time for a regime change the moment that psychopath took power.
I don't think he realizes I can manifest a physical form outside of my sword yet. I think I'll see how long it takes him to figure it out. For one thing, it'll give me some time to figure out what to make of him. For another, the look on his face when he finds out should be priceless.
