Her comment visibly relaxed him as he started looking around for his own spandex suit. Even his eyes brightened a little, giving off a more cheerful light as he smiled.

"Glad you enjoyed yourself. And glad I haven't lost my touch after so long without a real body."

Where the hell had her bra ended up? Lin peered under the bed.

"You hear so much about sex, eventually you start to wonder if it can ever live up to the hype."

She sat back up, at a loss, and that was when she saw it hanging off the top bookshelf over her bed. How the heck had it gotten up there? "Ah, there it is! It did live up, though. I would not object to doing that again some time."

The water was helping, and Lin hadn't been TERRIBLY hungover to begin with. She felt better enough already that she thought to give Alastor a little pin-up girl pose for a moment before pulling her bra on.

"Well, feel free to hit me up if you ever wanna go again."

He bent down to grab his spandex, which had gotten kicked half under the bed, tail swishing slowly and wings spread for balance. When he stood back up, he let a hand rest on his hip as he looked her over.

"And, hey, feel free to keep in touch in general. It's kinda nice, having non-villainous company that doesn't mind hanging out with a demon."

"You don't strike me as very villainous for being a demon."

Bra on, then a fresh shirt, and so on. Also she doubted your villain cred.

There was a definite irritated flick of his tail at her doubt, as he sat down to pull the legs of his spandex on over his clawed feet.

"So I don't go for the typical 'mwahaha crush the weak beneath my heel' villainy, so what? I look out for number one, and I'm going to be fighting a hero when I get back home. That sounds pretty villainous to me."

"I dunno about back home, but here you made sure not to take a room so that other people would have space." Her memories of the party were patchy in some places, but they weren't GONE.

"Also you were way too worried about making sure I finished with you last night to be as selfish as you claim you are."

"Ah, well..."

His eyes flicker as he rubs the back of his neck awkwardly. Drinking last night had been a mistake, he'd been way too open about his soft side. The reminder of his admission even brought a violet tint to the tips of his ears.

"I-it's different when you've gotta live with people..."

“Hmhm, I’m sure it is.” She’d make a hero out of you yet, Alastor.

Lin sniffed the skirt she’d been wearing last night, then made a face and tossed it with the dirty clothes so she could get a fresh pair of pants. Thusly dressed, Lin stood up on her tip toes so she could kiss Alastor on the cheek. “I’m gonna go see if I can stomach some breakfast. Don’t worry. I won’t tell anyone about your secret good side.”
